Prices include Swedish VAT. We commit to dispatch, not to the carrier's transit time. How long it then takes to reach you is theirs to control, not ours to promise.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, for any reason and without giving one. Email hello@efinitydesign.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send it.
Send the cap back within 14 days of telling us. It should be in the condition you received it. You may handle it as you would in a shop, but a cap that has been worn out is worth less, and we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Return postage is at your own cost. We refund within 14 days of receiving the cap back, to the card you paid with, including the original shipping charge.
Something wrong with it
A fault is not a return. It is our problem to fix. Email us with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund it. Your rights under Swedish consumer law apply for three years and are not affected by anything on this page.
